History

Istanbul Health and Technology University was established under the leadership of Bilgiç Foundation in accordance with the Law on the Amendment of the Higher Education Law and Some Decree Laws published in the Official Gazette dated May 18, 2018 and numbered 30425. It started its education life in the 2020- 2021 academic year with two institutes, four faculties and a vocational school.

Istanbul Health and Technology University Library was established in 2020 at Topkapı Campus. The aim of Istanbul Health and Technology University (ISTUN) Library and Documentation Department is to support traditional library services with the latest technological developments, to meet the information needs of users as soon as possible and at the maximum level, to create the infrastructure for education / training, scientific research and development activities, and to support the intellectual activities of all Library users.
